Chef Jonathan Shearman and Chef Max Mohrmann join forces to bring Fyr & Salt, a private dining and catering business to the east end. We bonded over a love for not just food, but how and where it’s sourced, the farmers involved, sustainability and seasonality. With a passion for wood fired cooking and letting quality ingredients shine.
All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total ticket price and any cancellation received within 72 hours or less is non-refundable.
