Join us for a unique & intimate dining experience! Guests will sit to a tasting menu prepared by Chefs Jonathan Shearman & Max Mohrmann of Fyr & Salt, paired with Small Batch wines by Corey Creek Winemaker Marin Brennan.

Chef Jonathan Shearman and Chef Max Mohrmann join forces to bring Fyr & Salt, a private dining and catering business to the east end. We bonded over a love for not just food, but how and where it’s sourced, the farmers involved, sustainability and seasonality.  With a passion for wood fired cooking and letting quality ingredients shine.

All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total ticket price and any cancellation received within 72 hours or less is non-refundable.
