our Honey
Our honey is 100% natural, sustainable, and sourced entirely from our pristinely maintained vineyards at Bedell & Corey Creek. We harvest on a seasonal basis, towards the end of Spring and once again in the Fall. The differences between Fall and Spring honey are clearly visible. Spring honey has a much lighter straw color and a pronounced floral aroma. Honey made in the fall is darker and more akin in flavor profile to commercially available honey.
The hives at Bedell and Corey Creek are both maintained
and harvested by Promised Land Apiaries.

Promised Land Apiaries is a sustainably managed bee operation located on the North Fork of Long Island for the past 30 years. Master Beekeeper Chris Kelly is a Cornell trained entomologist with a specialty in apiculture.
