Cabernet Franc 2012-2015 | $90

Our Cabernet Francs feature a nose with hints of spice, violets and wildflower, and carry bright fruit flavors of red berries, currants and pomegranates to excite the palate. These wines are a blend of grapes from our three vineyard sites, grown using certified sustainable farming practices and fermented naturally with wild yeasts and aged for 9 months in neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel. Plush and juicy with plenty of supple tannins, they are delicately and stunningly elegant; a shining example of what this noble grape can do in our unique North Fork terroir.

MALBEC 2011-2020 | $90

Malbec is a rising star on Long Island, with early ripening times and intense color and flavors. Our Malbecs are 100% varietal made from sustainably farmed estate grown fruit, and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Flavorful fruit with balanced acidity and complex flavors.

 (RESERVE) MERLOT 2005-2007 | $70

Bedell has become synonymous with top Merlots for over 40 years. These excellent vintages produced wines of medium body and bright color. Aromas full of intense black plum, blackberry, briar, toast, cedar and a light vanilla note. There are very fine, medium tannins, and a full mid-palate. The acidity is uplifting and refreshing, and balances a dense core of red and black fruit flavors.

SYRAH 2013-2015 | $70

Our Syrahs are made using the ancient European method of co-fermenting Syrah and Viognier fruit with indigenous yeasts. The fruit was sustainably farmed on our estate and harvested from a single vineyard. These wines have flavorful fruit with refreshing acidity. Plump and fruity, with flavors of black cherry, raspberry, black pepper and herbal flavors in a round texture. Light tannins and a spicy vanilla finish. 90% Syrah, 10% Viognier.

GALLERY: 2012-2014 | $70

Gallery is our flagship white is crafted from a unique blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes grown using certified sustainable farming practices. The wines are barrel fermented using wild yeasts and aged in French oak and stainless steel. The process creates rich wines with seductive aromas of white flowers, fresh patisserie and tropical fruit. They finish with a savory minerality of wet beach stones with layers of citrus and lemon peel. Gallery highlights the artistic process of blending. Specially commissioned label art by Ross Bleckner.
