FAQ
When will my wines be available?
Pickups are available only for 30 days from the release date. Shipments are sent a day or two after the initial charge.
These important dates will be outlined in a quarterly newsletter sent prior to each club selection.
Do I have to be home when my wines are delivered?
An adult signature is required for delivery. We recommend using a business address for deliveries, if possible, or a nearby UPS Customer Center.
If you'd like to change your shipping address on file, please log in or contact us in advance of your shipment.
Fees apply to shipments that need to be returned or rerouted.
I don't like one or more of the wines in an upcoming shipment, can I make changes?
You’re welcome to make a change or two, or customize your entire selection! Just keep an eye out for those important dates.
Do my discounts apply to online purchases?
Yes! Be sure to log in at the top of the shop pages to ensure your discount is applied to all bottle purchases.
