RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds or exchanges are only offered for items that are spoiled or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase. All other sales are final. 

For quarterly Wine Club orders, we allow exchanges within a comparable price range, upon pickup. If a refund is owed, it will be issued as loyalty points credited to your account. Club orders not picked up within 90 days may be converted to loyalty points, including any taxes paid.

SHIPPING

Orders placed after 2PM EST may be processed on the following business day and will only be shipped Monday - Thursday. In-store pickups will be held for five days only.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. Our current ground shipping rates range from $30 - $48 per package (up to 12 bottles) and are subject to change. To view estimated delivery times click here.

Legal Requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Bedell Cellars. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Bedell Cellars are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges:

Online orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment:

We are licensed to ship to approximately 30 states. However, due to the constantly evolving nature of wine shipping laws, availability may vary. Please contact us directly to confirm whether we can ship to your state.
